My Privacy Policy sets out everything you should be aware of regarding the information I may collect from you and what I will be using it for. I support the implementation of the ‘National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information’ and therefore do not collect any personal information whilst you are browsing our site unless you have placed an order with me or contacted me via my online form. Privacy laws place strict requirements on me to ensure that certain information of yours remains confidential, your information is securely kept and, that you can easily access your information to check, correct and delete.
What personal data I collect and why it is collected
As a part of my normal service for customers, there are times where I am required to collect personal information. These include, but are not restricted to: customer orders, online purchases and payments, maintaining your information on our website, refunds, customers feedback and surveys, marketing communications, registering an online account, promotional activities, customer service channels including social media, gift card redemption.
I may collect the following personal information. These include, but are not restricted to: your name, and contact details (including address, email, and phone number), birthdate, domain you used to access the internet, date and time you access my website, internet address of the website which linked you directly to my website and any other information which you may supply. I use this information to provide you with the best customer service and relevant marketing and remarketing across our websites and/or other marketing channels including social media.
I may also disclose your personal information to comply with any relevant laws. I may disclose your personal information to third party service providers only for the purpose of processing sales, store and analyse data and information, provide web support, send marketing messages and deliver products. These third party providers may be located outside Australia.
I will take reasonable actions to ensure third party recipients of this information do not breach GDPR and Australian Privacy laws in relation to the information I collect from you and may disclose.
I will not sell or trade your personal information.
From time to time I may send marketing communications to you. At any time you have the ability to unsubscribe or update your preferences to no longer receive marketing material. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
I keep contact form submissions for 12 months for customer service purposes, but I do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Cookies

Who I share your data with & how long I retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on my website (if any), I also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

What we collect and store
While you visit my site, I’ll track:
~ Products you’ve viewed: I’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
~ Location, IP address and browser type: I use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
~ Shipping address: I’ll ask you to enter this so I can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
I also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
When you purchase from me, I’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. I’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

For example, I will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.I will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
Who on my team has access
Members of my team have access to the information you provide. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent.
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
My team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What I share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example, Google Analytics and Paypal.
